Cranberry Creek Cranberries is seeking an Assistant Marsh Manager / Operator to support our marsh operations. The successful candidate will work out of Cranberry Creek’s Main location north of Necedah, WI, and will split their time working side-by-side with our Marsh Manager overseeing maintenance of cranberry acreage and assisting our construction crew with operation needs. Responsibilities: • Assist the Marsh Manager in successful maintenance and upkeep of cranberry property • Execute programs such as Water Management, Nutrition, Moisture, Pest, and Cultural practices • Participate in other team projects • Operate general equipment used every day on the Marsh • Operate heavy equipment assisting the construction crew Qualifications: • High School equivalency • 1 year of operating experience is preferred, but not required • Excellent teamwork skills • Must be self-directed and independently motivated Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly
