Cranberry Creek Cranberries is currently looking for an Assistant Marsh Manager / Operator to support our marsh operations. The successful candidate will work out of Cranberry Creek’s Main location north of Necedah, WI, and will split their time working side by side with our Marsh Manager overseeing maintenance of cranberry acreage and assisting our construction crew with operation needs. Responsibilities: • Assist the Marsh Manager in successful maintenance and upkeep of cranberry property • Execute programs such as Water Management, Nutrition, Moisture, Pest, and Cultural practices • Participate in other team projects • Operate general equipment used every day on the Marsh • Operate heavy equipment assisting the construction crew Qualifications: • High School equivalency • 1 year of operating experience is preferred, but not required • Excellent teamwork skills • Must be self-directed and independently motivated Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly
