    Assistant/Office Manager

    Responsibilities

    As the Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Office Management:

    Oversee general office operations to maintain a well-organized and productive environment.

    Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

    Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

    Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

    Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.

    Assist in creating and distributing internal communications and company announcements.

    Human Resources Coordination:

    Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and scheduling interviews.

    Assist in organizing team-building events, training sessions, and office celebrations.

    Financial Administration:

    Process and track invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.

    Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and record-keeping.

    Monitor office budget and suggest cost-effective solutions.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

    Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

    Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
