  • Responsibilities

    Assist in training and developing as needed to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Support the preparation of financial reports and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency. Assist with budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and ensuring that operations are conducted within financial guidelines. Foster effective communication between all hotels and corporate office to ensure operational cohesion and efficiency. Assist in watching and holding properties accountable to labor standards. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient running • Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service • Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to meet quality standards • Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for optimal performance Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or related field • Strong leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • US Work Authorization Compensation: $17 -$21 hourly
