Responsibilities: • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations. • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to enhance overall portfolio performance. • Analyze financial reports and market trends to provide recommendations for maximizing property value. • Oversee the coordination of property maintenance and repairs to uphold the quality and safety of the portfolio. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management to demonstrate portfolio growth and achievement of financial goals. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in property management. • Strong knowledge of US Work Authorization laws. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Experience in managing portfolios. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
