    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Preschool Assistant Director to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting and possess exceptional office management, administrative, and customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the Preschool Director in managing the daily operations of the preschool, including scheduling, staff management, and classroom activities.

    Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the preschool's office, including maintaining records, filing, and administrative duties.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback.

    Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.

    Support in the hiring, training, and supervision of preschool staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

    Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records.

    Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and community outreach programs.

    Manage communication between staff and parents.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant director.

    A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

    Must have completed 40 hours of Director Training.

    Exceptional office management and organizational skills including written and verbal communications.

    Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

    Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and general office equipment.

    Knowledge of early childhood development and child-centered educational practices.
