Responsibilities!

Help create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Engage children in hand-on-activities and play based learning

Monitor and support children's developmental progress

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Maintain a clean, safe and organized classroom environment

Minimum H.S. diploma, some college preferred At least one year experience working in a childcare setting
