Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Assistant Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help oversee all aspects of the installation projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of the installation project
Coordinate daily installation schedule
Verify job readiness
Evaluate performance of installations and service
Ensure all installers comply with building and safety regulations
Schedule key deliverables by coordinating and managing inventory supplies and minimizing waste
Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
Report on progress
Recruite, train and retain quality staff.
Conducting training and safety meetings to ensure employees are kept up to date with company policies and expectations.
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
Previous experience in Construction, production, manufacturing, or other related fields
Understanding of residential construction methods and processes
Strong leadership, orgainization and crisis resolution skills
Focused Attention to Detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in residential construction and/or garage door experience a plus
