    Job Description

    Develop and maintain a program of research and scholarly inquiry; collaborate with faculty colleagues who share an interest that will help advance the candidate's research program; develop a research portfolio supported by funding; establish a research team; maintain peer-reviewed publication record, including -presentations at high-quality venues; expected to teach; engage in mentoring students; participate in the development and delivery of curricula related to scholarly interest; demonstrate respect and professionalism at all times; actively engage in faith-based activities; and provide service to the School, University, professional field, and community-related to candidate's scholarly interest.

    Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in Nursing or related field
    • Demonstrate success or have the potential to develop a research portfolio supported by external funding
    • Has teaching experience
    • Must be eligible for unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with faculty, staff, and students
    • Willingness to establish strong ties with the Baylor community

    Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    The successful candidate will be officing in the Academic Building of the Louise Herrington School of Nursing at 333 N. Washington Ave., Dallas, Texas.
