An established Interior Construction Company is in search of an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! Position available ASAP
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee our drywall projects from start to finish
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications include:
Experience in construction project management
Understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
College degree a plus
Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards
OSHA certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word)
Excellent organization, time-management, communication, and leadership skills
In this role, you will assist in planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish Responsibilities include:
Daily communication with Project Managers and Foremen
Process time and material tickets
Attend job meetings and liaise with the General Contractor (GC)
Be a bridge between the office staff and the field regarding change order tickets, job incidents, etc.
Help direct the construction of multiple commercial drywall projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Software Proficiency: Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
SALARY- $50,000.00
