We are a fast growing residential and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service to the greater Raleigh/Durham area. We specialize in maintenance, repair, and installations primarily in the home improvement, repair and remodel industry. Our team of highly skilled professionals work to maintain our reputation of quality customer service with integrity, precision and expertise.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with at least 3 years of professional experience working with or assisting with projects primarily in the repair and remodel construction industry. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, this candidate would work daily with the various project managers, trades, handymen and superintendents to ensure the projects meet targeted deadlines and goals. This position will assist project managers in the planning and coordination of projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some project elements as dictated by the project manager. This position will require office and field work. Responsibilities:
*Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. *Contributing to the planning and development of projects. *Supporting the coordination and management of projects. *Researching information as required. *Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc. *Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. *Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. *Establish, own and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability *Maintain / grow relationships with existing clients *Assist post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement *Other duties/tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
*High school diploma/GED *Previous experience in project management or a similar role. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. *Strong ability to multitask *Strong ability to plan and prioritize *Strong communication skills, both written and verbal *High Standard of Quality *Must have valid driver’s license
