    First Atlantic Restoration is looking for a motivated, reliable, and personable Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Virginia Beach area that has a strong work ethic. The APM is responsible for assisting the Project Manager by working in the field, production and oversight of all assigned jobs. 1 year experience is required in construction and must be able to work some overtime.

    Responsibilities:

    Field Supervision of all projects from start to finish

    Communicate well with clients and office staff

    Pull permits and schedule inspections

    Manage budgets, invoicing and timelines

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Order and coordinate material deliveries
