Responsibilities:
• Manage and track all architectural drawings, project documents, and samples for various trades; issue submittals and transmittals as required
• Actively participate in and write reports for weekly meetings with designers, architects, and clients
• Perform any administrative tasks for PM as required
• Communicate with all parties involved in projects including in house team, subcontractors, clients, architects, and designers
Required:
• An Undergraduate degree
• One-three plus years’ experience in high end residential construction or architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized, you will lead the document management of your projects
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
• Required to be in office and onsite (this is not a remote position)
Preferred:
• Experience with Sage, Timberline
• Prior high-end sub-contractor relationships is a plus
• Architectural experience is a plus
