Assistant Project Manager - Residential Construction
We are looking for dedicated professionals in a dynamic luxury home building company.
Construction Administrator Responsibilities:
Assist the operations team in development of budgets, contracts and spec sheets
Solicit specific pricing from vendors and/or subcontractors
Coordinate and organize estimates and general bid documents
Develop and maintain relationships with qualified subcontractors and vendors
Communicate and collaborate with other team members
Adhere to all safety, operations and regulatory compliance polices, practices and procedures
Construction Administrator Requirements:
Administrative experience in residential construction preferred.
A base knowledge and understanding of budgets and basic pricing functions
Ability to read blueprints and specifications a plus.
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Superior analytical and organizational skills
Drive to achieve and produce results on time
Must be proficient in Excel and Google Docs
Experience in Builder Trend, or other web-based management software
Exceptional language skills a must
Salary based on experience
