The production manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Salary range $50,000 to $55,000 annually based on experience.
Who you are:
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
IICRC Certification preferred
