Responsibilities: • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and posting notices. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Some weekend and evening hours required • Minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
