Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and posting notices Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
