The ideal assistant must possess strong organizational and customer service skills in dealing with property managers, residents, owners, and vendors. This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and can take direction well from various managers. Responsibilities: • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and posting notices. Qualifications: • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Basic understanding of MS Office • Minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
