Goldberg Properties Management Inc. is a family real estate investment company that has been around for 40+ years in the North Shore area. We are seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager to oversee our multiple commercial, residential and mix use investment properties.

Goldberg Properties Management Inc. solely manages and oversees our considerable number of investment properties. We are looking for someone motivated and with an interest in real estate and property management to jump into this opportunity in an exciting industry for a part-time position with potential for growth.

The below will help begin to provide the specific skill sets we are requiring for this position:

Assistant Residential Property Manager – Part Time:

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Word and Excel specifically

Self-Starter

Team Oriented

Key Job Responsibilities to include:

Support the Property Manager in overseeing & managing day to day operations of building systems.

Support management staff

Leasing support

Sending out and following up on residential renewals.

Taking calls on available rental units, schedule and perform showings, coordinate with existing tenants.

Must have some weekend and weeknight availability.

Sending out leases to new residential tenants, collecting initial deposits, preparing welcome packets.

Assist with completing turnover maintenance and move-in checklist

Point of Contact for Current and Potential Tenants

Upkeep of Property Management Database

Uploading and maintain all documentation for tenants and the properties in an organized manner.

Assist with marketing and\or coordinating marketing of available spaces

Tenant Recruitment

The Assistant Residential Property Manager will work directly with our Property Manager, Accounting Manager, and senior principals of Goldberg Properties.

The Assistant Residential Property Manager will take ownership of their position and as opportunities arise suggest methods to better refine building operations and or existing systems with the primary goal of improving our company as we grow. This is a part-time position that has potential to develop into a full-time position.
