    Essential Functions:

    Support the overall management of dining room operations to ensure smooth and exceptional service.

    Foster a culture of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction among staff.

    Train, supervise, and motivate dining room staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.

    Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.

    Ensure the dining area is always clean, organized, and aligned with our upscale image.

    Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.

    Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

    Manage reservations and seating to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.

    Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination for dining room supplies.

    Contribute to menu planning and pricing in line with our quality and authenticity standards.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    At least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience with a proven track record.

    Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.

    Experience in beverage handling, inventory management, and wine knowledge is a plus.

    Friendly and outgoing personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

    Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

    Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.

    Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.

    Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
