    Assistant Reconstruction Project Manager

    What does an Assistant Restoration Project Manager (ARPM) with Paul Davis do?

    Under the direction of the project managers, an ARPM will assist in all areas of project management as homes and commercial properties are repaired after water, mold or fire damage.

    Requirements:

    Experience in Construction, Remodeling & Restoration

    Dedicated to learning and personal growth

    Familiarity with reading and understanding estimates

    Strong technological aptitude and attention to detail

    Customer focused mindset and excellent communication skills

    Sound planning and organizational abilities

    Clean Driving Record

    Role on the Team:

    Assist project managers in all aspects of reconstruction, repair & remodeling jobs

    Assist in material inventory management and organization

    Develop and foster relationships with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors

    Coordinate tasks and resources

    Assist with onsite reconstruction inspections

    Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires an ARPM to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. You need to have the ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds and will be frequently required to use personal protective equipment.
