We are British Swim School Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs. We teach survival focused swimming lessons to nearly 1000 swimmers every week in our Delafield location. We expect to do the same at our new Cudahy location before the end of this year! We have a unique, fun, challenging, and demanding role for the right person. We’ve grown year-over-year since we started in the Spring of ’17, and need to hire a dynamic leader, a go-getter, to our already awesome team to help us grow our Cudahy location.

The Position: The Assistant Site Director provides support to the “day-to-day” operations of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Assistant Site Director plays a large role in the successful and safe operation of the pool to ensure the pool.

This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Site Director.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe, efficient, and brand running operation

Lead and develop employees

Provide exemplary customer service and represent the brand

Help develop and implement class schedules and staffing plans

Manage inventory and monitor equipment

Learn program to be backup Instructor when needed
