    The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for the daily organization and management of the guests, schedule, inventory and Hospitality Team. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for training the team members on all their job responsibilities and ensuring that the performance of their duties is held to the proper standards as set forth in the operations manual.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the interviewing process for the Hospitality Team

    Organize front desk training upon hiring and ensure they meet expectations and follow all policies

    Coordinate Hospitality Team schedules and review time punches to minimize discrepancies and overtime

    Review daily guest schedule and ensure it is maximized with minimal gaps

    Track and monitor monthly sales performance of Hospitality Team and set daily Retail to Service sales goal

    Create quarterly team meetings and agenda

    Perform corrective actions when team members do not meet expectations

    Address guest’s positive and negative feedback immediately with the Spa Manager and Employee.

    Perform a daily review of the Ratings Control Panel within Meevo

    Inform Spa Manager of any closeout discrepancies

    Ensure guest experience is met and exceeds satisfaction by completing and filling out Guest List daily.

    Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and or Spa Concierge when needed

    Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards

    Abide by all protocols set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
