We seek a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Forest Park, GA, US. Responsibilities include overseeing all store operations and working closely with the General Manager on site. Responsibilities: • Adhere to the standards and procedures according to Big Dave's Cheesesteaks • Follow the training program and strive to improve store operations and customer experience • Implement initiatives stipulated by the company • Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations • Mentor and train Team Members in line with the established procedures • Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures for food specs and recipes • Serving customers with quality food at suitable temperatures • Meeting ticket time standards. • Maintain an adequate quantity of supplies such as food, paper, cleaning agents, janitorial, uniform, linen, and others • Establish and adhere to par-level • Check and preserve equipment, building, and premises as per relevant laws and standard operating procedures • Refill necessary small wares • Retain the interior and exterior of the restaurant • Abide by sanitation practices as per guidelines • Store food properly and keep the necessary temperature • Implement deep cleaning as per schedule • Follow Big Dave's Cheesesteak's Standard Operating Procedures to serve customers effectively • Follow Big Dave’s Training program to optimize store operations Qualifications: • Possess previous experience leading a team in a food service environment • Highly customer-focused, with a commitment to providing excellent service • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills • Possesses a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude • Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrates energetic, proactive, innovative, and flexible approach to work • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrates honesty, ethics, and reliability • Must be able to attend necessary meetings both in-person and virtually as needed • Support the General Manager in restaurant meetings and briefings • Possess the physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push • Ability to lift and/or move kitchen items or equipment up to 50lbs • Willing to fulfill any additional tasks as instructed Compensation: $40,000 - Bonus Eligible
