Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
1\. Customer Service:
\- Foster a customer-first attitude among all team members.
\- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
\- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations.
2\. Operations:
\- Assist in inventory management and implement loss prevention strategies.
\- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
\- Collaborate on promotional campaigns for holiday and seasonal events.
\- Manage inventory levels, coordinate purchasing, and maintain supplier relationships to meet sales goals efficiently.
\- Effectively schedule staff while controlling payroll costs.
\- Assist in developing merchandising strategies to drive sales.
\- Delegate and complete operational tasks on time.
3\. Sales:
\- Monitor and analyze sales data to drive store performance.
\- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and identifying buying trends.
\- Control operational costs to maximize profitability.
4\. Talent Management:
\- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
\- Conduct performance reviews to identify training needs and support career development through coaching and personalized development plans.
\- Administer disciplinary actions or recognition to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
Skills and Qualifications

\- Experience in retail management and operations.

The Assistant Store Manager is key to supporting the Store Manager in daily retail operations, including employee supervision, customer interaction, and inventory management. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to meet the evolving needs of the store.
