In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule. The ideal candidate understands building methods that is a hands-on Assistant Superintendent.

Qualifications:

Foreman experience 2 plus years

Knowledge of all trades

Ability to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts, and specifications.

Digital plan-reading experience

Ability to maintain project schedules.

Ability to assist with the construction when needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Daily Project Updates, photos, and videos

· Daily assistance with management of jobsite and subcontractors

· Reviewing plans and blueprints

· Maintaining compliance with OSHA and safety protocols. Quality control inspections and logs

· Timely communication of project status, changes, issues, and solutions
