We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will be onsite to help ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Superintendent with the onsite activities of Multifamily construction projects
• Help ensure that construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications
• Enforce construction site rules and safety
• Receive and manage construction materials
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
• Construction internship experience OR 1-2 years of Multifamily Construction experience preferred
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
