    What is in it for you:

    Reporting to the Assistant Director of Talent and Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
    • Manage the day-to-day employee requests and inquiries
    • Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
    • Assist with recruitment activities, including job fairs, university events, and the internship program
    • Assist with the administrative duties of the recruitment process including onboarding and new hire orientation
    • Conduct initial interviews of Hotel applicants
    • Develop and maintain relationships with leading Hotel schools, participate in oncampus recruitment and coordinate any Management Training or Internship Programs
    • Play a critical role in the day to day operation of the Talent & Culture Department as well as in assisting in the implementation of the Talent & Culture strategy
    • Promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
    • Assist employees with time off questions, benefits enrollment and benefits questions
    • Maintain employee files and including tracking of employee attendance, vacation time, and disciplinary actions
    • Serve as mediator during times of conflict between employees
    • Provide administrative support such as unemployment claims, leave requests, and workers compensation claims
    • Follow departmental policies and procedures
    • Follow all safety policies
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Salary Range: $74,000 to $99,000 USD Gross Annually

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Previous human and resources experience preferred
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
    • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
    • Highly responsible & reliable
    • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

    Visa Requirements:
    Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
