    Job Summary At Innovation & Exploration STEM Early Learning Center (IE), our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, nurturing, and loving environment for children as they find and develop their strengths. We want to inspire young children to find the joy of learning through a STEM-based curriculum inside and outside of the classroom. We aim to provide opportunities that will instill confidence, self-worth, and morals in every child (how to be a good person). IE’s main purpose is to also provide an appropriate curriculum to balance a child’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team!

    You will be involved with leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level and helping with instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

    You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

    We are looking for an energetic Assistant Teacher to join our team! You will be assisting the head teacher with planning and implementing both whole-classroom and small-group instruction.

    You are passionate about learning and love working with children. With strong creative and organizational skills, you are able to connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with faculty to create an engaging learning environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers

    Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, schoolyards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips

    Provide extra assistance to students with special needs

    Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress

    Teach social skills to students

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED

    A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred

    High-energy with a love of working with children

    Organized and detail-oriented
