Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing creative, age-appropriate lesson plans

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

Supervise and provide individualized support to children

Communicate with families about their child’s progress

Adhere to health and safety protocols

Qualifications:

High school diploma required (working toward an associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred)

Experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Compassionate, energetic, and able to work independently

Basic understanding of child development

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
