We're Seeking (Part-Time & Full-Time) Assistant Teachers! Are you ready to make a significant impact on young lives? We're looking for enthusiastic educators to join our team.
Schedule / Available shifts: All shifts are Monday through Friday.
Full-time
10 am to 6 pm (Toddlers and Infants)
8:15 am to 4:45 pm (Older Two’s)
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (Prekindergarten)
Part-time
7 am – 9:30 am (School Age)
3:30 pm – 6 pm (School Age)
12 pm – 6 pm (Older Two’s)
12 pm – 6 pm (Mobile Infants/Young One’s)
1 pm – 6 pm (Prekindergarten)
What You'll Do:
Craft Safe, Nurturing Spaces: Ensure a secure, healthy learning environment where each child feels valued and loved.
Foster Growth: Support social, emotional, and academic development through engaging and fun learning experiences.
Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with families and faculty to create a community of learners.
Follow and Implement: Maintain Oklahoma licensing standards, assist in lesson planning, and promote healthy habits.
What You'll Need:
Education: High school diploma required; a Child Development Associates (CDA) or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
Heart: A deep empathy and compassion for young children, with a dependable, adaptable nature.
Patience: An ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs., ensuring child safety and managing daily activities.
Clearance: Must pass a fingerprint-based background check and a drug test.
