    The Opportunity. Ad Astra School is seeking full-time assistant teachers to support our 3 year - 6 year and 6 year - 9 year communities.

    Through your efforts, in tandem with the lead teacher and in close partnership with the rest of the school team, children will fulfill their developmental potential. As a member of the school's founding team, you will have the additional privilege of helping to create its environments and develop this new community into one of the world's finest.

    About Ad Astra. A non-profit educational institution, Ad Astra is partnering with Xplor Education to form an innovative school to benefit the local community. While their parents support the breakthroughs that expand the realm of human possibility, their children will grow into the next generation of innovators in a way that only authentic Montessori can provide.

    With both Primary and Lower Elementary environments, Ad Astra (which means “to the stars”) will be located on a former horse ranch on some-forty acres of Texas plain.
