As the Assistant Team Leader, you will support the leadership team and act as a key resource for team members. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new hires, managing office operations, and assisting with marketing and recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating a positive and productive work environment. Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 • First Year OTE: $60,000+ • Profit share bonuses considered after 60 days • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Team Support: Assist team members with tools, resources, and processes to help them succeed in their roles. • Onboarding: Welcome new team members and ensure a smooth transition by providing training and support with company systems and tools. • Marketing & Recruitment: Contribute to marketing efforts, assist with recruiting initiatives, and help create promotional materials. • Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media and internal communications using tools like Canva or similar platforms. • Event Planning: Coordinate and promote meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities. • Technology Management: Provide technical support and oversee office technology to ensure seamless daily operations. • Administrative Support: Maintain team schedules, update records, and handle general office management tasks. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail. • Proficient in digital tools, including basic design platforms and office software. • Experience in social media management, with the ability to create engaging content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Previous experience in a support or coordination role is preferred but not required.
