We are seeking a unique individual to support one of our top producing team leaders as an Administrative Assistant This position is 100% on-site at our Lake Success, NY office. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am - 6 pm. Responsibilities: • Manage a heavy volume of phone calls, both inbound and outbound • Calendar management • Assist with planning on or off-site events • Work closely with our internal team and assistant in managing the day-to-day activities of our team leader and his sales team • Pipeline management and supervision • Projects as assigned Qualifications: • 2-5 yrs experience as an Admin / Exec Assistant • Outgoing, energetic personality • Willing to go above and beyond every day with a positive attitude • Mortgage knowledge is preferred but not required • Comfortable in a high energy, fast paced sales environment • Must be able to work on site in the office Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
