    Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations

    An Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations is needed in Miami-Dade County.

    Salary and Benefits

    • The salary range is $150,000 - $300,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

    Responsibilities

    • Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
    • Lead strategic planning, operational development, and overall agency direction to align with company goals and values.
    • Oversee financial performance, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance across assigned agencies.
    • Provide leadership in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to meet patient and agency needs.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and community teams to drive growth and implement long-term initiatives.
    • Ensure effective communication, data reporting, and adherence to HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and company standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare - Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Management Level experience.
    • Prior Sales and Marketing experience within Home Health or Hospice preferred.
    • Knowledge of Hospice Operations, State and Federal Regulations and Compliance strongly preferred.
