DataShield is looking for a dependable Assistant Warehouse Lead. This position requires the ability to look ahead and forecast production needs as well as assist with managing daily operations. Experience in a warehouse setting with the ability to direct other workers is key. If you enjoy a stable work environment, following processes, solving problems, and working within a team this position may be for you. This position requires working knowledge and operation of industrial equipment, warehouse safety, organization, and other various warehouse and management tasks as assigned.

• $20 - $23 per hour/depending on qualifications

• SIMPLE IRA with company match

Duties Include:

• Operation of industrial equipment

• Assist in the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments

• General organization and cleaning duties

• Forecasting production and staff needs to meet company goals

• Maintains and adheres to all security and safety policies

• Assist with directing and guiding team members

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull 75 lbs

• Previous warehouse supervision experience required

• Previous industrial equipment operation experience required

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and employees
