JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of Marketing Director responsible for coordinating all marketing functions companywide, consistent with the mission and goals of the agency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with Director of Marketing and Team, develop marketing initiatives to support and maximize brand exposure. Create and facilitate the production of marketing materials as assigned. Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines Create and distribute staff badges. Create social media posts that align with company vision. Monitor outside social media content to assure positive public engagement in order to support and maximize brand exposure.
Research new social media trends & blog topics. Maintain & distribute marketing orders for sales team. Create and distribute website content under the guidance of the Sr. Marketing Specialist. Assist with foundation and HR marketing. Acknowledge patient rights including privacy and confidentiality. Consistently display a professional appearance and conduct in all settings. Interact with internal and external customers using positive and professional approach. Assume responsibility and display reliability for the completion of all tasks, duties, communications and actions. Maintain professional growth and development. Participate in performance improvement activities. Support the mission, vision and goals of the Agency. Abide by Agency policy and procedures. Accept other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is mostly sedentary combined with moderate amounts of walking and standing. Must have visual and hearing acuity. Must be able to clearly communicate verbally. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be able to lift weight equivalent to a box of computer paper.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing and/or Communications. 1 year of experience in developing marketing, publicity and promotional materials which support company brand, mission and goals.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team and service oriented with excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites.
