    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Assisted Living Facility Administrator to join our team! As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of our Type A Assisted Living Facility, including supervising all programs and activities within the home and working closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. You will also handle payables and receivables for the home, employee payroll and management, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with federal and state regulations when it comes to long-term care and social services.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility

    Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met

    Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines

    Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll

    Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed

    Qualifications

    Demonstrated experience with management desired

    Strong familiarity with regulations on longterm care desired

    Experience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and backend office management desired

    Strong time management and organizational skills

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
