Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Assisted Living Facility Field Operations Manager to fill an opening within a Home Care Provider Organization located in NYC & Hudson Valley. This facility has consistently received top ratings from governmental agencies, reflecting its commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Description of Field Operations Manager:

• OUTSTANDING personality is the KEY qualification for the position.
• It’s more of a marketing position.
• Will visit the facilities in NYC & Hudson Valley to develop relationships with Administrators, MDs, and Case Managers.
• Will also work with the facility to ensure to maximize Medicare.
  

Requirements of Field Operations Manager:

• Must have a Master’s degree
• Superior communication skills
• Must have a car to travel to facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to interact with Administrators and MDs in the facility
• Must have Home Care or Hospital experience.

Schedule of Field Operations Manager:

• This is a Full-time position.

Compensation and Benefits of Field Operations Manager:

• The salary for this position is $120,000 - $125,000 / yr (commensurate with experience).
• Paid Mileage for all travel days
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
• 401K plan with company match
• 3 week’s vacation
• 5 personal days
• 8 sick days a year
