    What You Will Do:

    • Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the interim role and responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator in order to meet the residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
    • Provides RN delegation training and supervision to Resident Assistants. This may include developing, training, supervising, and following the Company’s performance management policy with assigned staff.
    • Provides training and education to Nurses and Resident Assistants on an ongoing basis to include classroom in- services and situation-specific training.
    • Assists in the maintenance of resident charts and review of documentation performed by associates.

    Why You Are Qualified:

    • RN – Registered Nurse in good standing
    • CPR certification
    • 2 years’ health care management experience
    • 1 years' experience in the assisted living setting

    Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law. EOE.
