Qualifications:

1. Home Health Aide Certification or CNA License

2. Valid CPR (in-person instruction).

3. Eligible Level 2 Background Screen (we can check this with you).

4. Proven home care work experience.

5. HIV, Alzheimer/Dementia, Assistance with Self-Administration of Medications certificates.

6. Excellent communication.

7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
