    At Empowering Minds 4 Change, LLC, we are dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through compassion, consistency, and evidence-based treatment approaches. We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and support services for individuals facing developmental, behavioral, medical, and psychological challenges, with a particular focus on autism spectrum disorder.

    Job Description:

    • Team member will complete neuropsychological amp; psychological testing evaluation as deemed appropriate for each individual’s needs, as well as providing assistance to the supervising psychologist.

    Common Referrals Include:

    • ADHD, specific learning disabilities, ASD, neurodevelopmental disorders, intellectual delays, NSID, memory challenges, and emotional-behavioral challenges

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.

    • Proficiency in conducting validation studies and applying statistical techniques to assessment data.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    • Prior training experience with neuropsychological assessment administration/scoring/interpretation (including assessment-focused practice, and internship).

    • Prior experience working with individuals who have intellectual, emotional, or behavioral challenges

    Responsibilities:

    • For full-time employees: Conduct two to three full evaluations per week (includes virtual or in-person intake sessions, in-person testing sessions, and virtual or in-person feedback sessions).

    • For part-time employees: Conduct a minimum of one full evaluation per week (includes virtual or in-person intake session, in-person testing session, and virtual or in-person feedback session).

    • Assist neuropsychological report writing.

    • Operate in an ethical manner in accordance with the state and national guidelines (APA).
