    Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance - Hybrid We are looking for a talented individual to join our Miers Commercial Lines insurance team. This team member is in a critical position for the support of the account managers and producers in the successful management of our commercial client insurance programs. Responsibilities: • Prepare pre-renewal documentation needed for the Account Manager and producer • Follow workflows in processing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and audits • Review Coverage Checklists & Endorsement/Audit reviews, facilitating corrections as necessary and engaging the account manager with any questions or concerns • Create and issue Certificates of Insurance, Automobile ID Cards • Complete billing tasks as assigned • Daily and timely handling of Notice of Cancellations/Reinstatements • Maintain agency management systems in an orderly, up-to-date manner • Process change requests • Process paperwork assigned by the Account Manager • Efficient and timely follow-up • Perform all actions relating to the public, clients, and companies in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions • Participate in seminars and other training for knowledge and skill development • Perform other duties as requested Qualifications: • Must be a self-starter, with good time and desk management skills • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written • Should have a proficient understanding of commercial underwriting and coverages • Must have proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products • Must have knowledge of Applied Epic/CSR24 • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License • High school diploma Compensation: $50,000 commensurate with experience
