    Position Summary:

    The Entry-Level Associate Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. This position encompasses client planning and preparation, seamless onboarding of new clients, and proactive management of CRM systems and pipelines.

    This is an ideal role for an individual seeking to step into the world of wealth management, developing expertise in financial products, and learning under experienced advisors. Working closely with our servicing team, the Associate Advisor fulfills client needs, prepares them for success, and instills confidence in Skyline’s process, contributing to a lasting relationship built on trust and excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Planning & Preparation

    • Update client portfolios, income planning documents, and tax/estate planning materials with current balances.
    • Incorporate special fund announcements or updates into meeting materials.
    • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and ready for client interactions.

    New Business:

    • Develop expertise in our financial products and client materials (Product & Collateral Mastery).
    • Perform seamless client onboarding across all products.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients by guiding them through onboarding processes.
    • Assist in processing and documenting transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring the client is updated throughout the process.

    CRM Management & Pipeline:

    • Track tasks, transactions, and planning progress in Salesforce CRM.

    • Master Noble’s Portal and Ticketing System to manage updates and track progress efficiently.

    • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and current business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Advisor Licensing & Certifications preferred.
    • Excellent Customer Service and trust building skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly Driven and Goal Oriented.

    Compensation:

    • $60,000 - $70,000 salary, based on experience
    • Incentive plan applicable after 6 months of service.
