    Status: Full-time, in office

    Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000

    As a Paraplanner, you can expect to:

    • Prepare for meetings with clients, prepare formal or informal meeting agendas, review client meeting notes, complete follow-up tasks, generate reports, and correspond with clients
    • Provide concierge-level service to clients
    • Provide ongoing support to the firm’s Senior Advisor
    • Participate and listen carefully in meetings and translate the discussions into a strategy for data collection and analysis to help drive financial planning efforts
    • Coordinate with the team’s in-house financial planner to complete accurate financial plans
    • Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
    • Input notes and updates into CRM and planning system and create CRM tasks for future items
    • Delegate tasks to other team members as needed
    • Manage prospective client pipeline
    • Stay current on trends in the financial planning area

    Qualifications for this role include:

    • Minimum of three years of experience in the industry, with one year in a planning role or associate advisor role
    • Client facing experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
    • Series 7 and 66 preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months of hiring
    • Life and health insurance licenses preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months of hiring
    • CFP preferred or willing to obtain
    • Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
    • Ability to be effective and productive while working independently
    • Strong desire to learn and build a career
    • Demonstrated job stability
