We are actively interviewing for this position.

An Associate Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance is an entry level position. This person must posses some level of technical aptitude that creates a strong connection to the candidates career plans and ability to learn the trade.

Wage Structure (Hourly) Technician will be paid a weekly. After training period, associate will qualify for bonus performance pay.

Specific Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repair residential appliances

Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app

Ensure SAFE, efficient and clean use of company vehicle and equipment

Communicates required customer info back to the home office

Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Customer facing (ie. not scared to talk, sell and answer questions).

Can demonstrate problem solving capabilities with the above aptitudes

Detail oriented when documenting findings

Knows ALL basic typical tools within a tool box

Able to adapt and use Ipad work order software

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, maneuver tight spaces, reaching and climbing.
