Associate Attorney – 1-5 Yrs Experience - Professional Liability - Philadelphia, PA
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney with one (1) to five (5) or more years of legal experience for its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. This position is focused on defending securities broker-dealers, financial advisors and life insurance agents in FINRA arbitration, AAA arbitration, court and regulatory proceedings before state agencies and FINRA enforcement. Accordingly, we are seeking candidates with an interest finance and investments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills. The practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.
