Associate Attorney – Business (Commercial Contracts & Product Distribution)

Join a nationally recognized law firm that advises some of the country’s most influential and innovative companies, including leaders in the consumer goods, food & beverage, and broader product sectors. Due to their growth, their Seattle office is looking to add an Associate with at least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts involving manufacturing, distribution, sales, supply chain, and equipment agreements.
This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated and high-impact matters for a dynamic client base that spans both local and national markets. Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in the consumer goods and products industry, including manufacturing, distribution, sales, supply, and equipment agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and business objectives.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff committed to exceptional client service across various practice areas.
- Engage in professional development through mentorship and firm resources.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and individual contributions.
- Participate in pro bono and public service initiatives, supporting cases that advocate for vulnerable communities.
Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with a broad range of corporate matters, including IP licensing and data privacy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and provide strategic legal advice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships and collaborating with colleagues.

Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000 +
