Responsibilities: • Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed • Represent clients in court proceedings as needed • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action • Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process • Manage cases from intake through trial Qualifications: • Member of the Florida Bar • Florida resident Note: All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
