Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial real estate transactions and contribute to the firm's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for commercial real estate transactions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Assist with the development of commercial real estate strategies and portfolio management.
• effective strategies, and a practical approach to guiding real estate developers, institutional investors, companies and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on commercial real estate matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
• Admission to the North Carolina Bar
